With a diverse range of experience in industries ranging from IT and telecommunications to food and beverage, hospitality and agriculture to Green Tech, Jaime has spent many years advising start-ups and early stage endeavours, on corporate structuring, Intellectual Property Strategies, angel, seed and investment capital sourcing as well as business & success coaching.

Jaime has founded over a dozen start-up ventures, which have operated on 3 continents and assumed the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Chairman.

 

Jaime has spent his life engaged in water sports, a keen Sailor of both Cats and Sailboards, Jaime Completed his Coastal Skipper Certifications in 1993 and founded After 3 Marine, to pursue one of his life’s passions

Graham has had an outstanding career of over 36 years in domestic and international business, Commencing as an Aircraft Engineer before moving into technology and construction companies and progressing to Management roles and Senior Project roles in Integrated Resort Development and Project Creation, where he conceptualized many innovative projects within Asia, Middle East and Australia for both private and government clients.

 

In 2006, with prior experience in Boat Shows and Boating events, saw an opportunity to combine boating and the Burau Bay Redevelopment in Langkawi (for which he was the Project Director) and Instigated the Langkawi International Boat Exhibition (LIBEX) in conjunction with the Darwin to Langkawi Yacht Rally to provide a platform for International Promotion of boating and introduce the 1 Billion dollar Integrated Development of Burau Bay project to the world. Both were successful and the Marina has high occupancy and one 5 star Hotel is completed with 2 more under construction.

 

Motor sport, flying and most water sports are still of interest following years of involvement in all areas especially Water Skiing and boat racing, both social skier and competitor, until moving to Queensland in 1987 and then Asia.
