Wong Tze Kai
Director
Wong Tze Kai is the founder of Global Fleet Centre a SaaS technology company which provides industry specific solutions to the trnasport sector. He is currently an Executive Director of CPK Solutions Sdn Bhd and serves as a nonexecutive board member of the public listed company A Rank Bhd.
Tzeke graduated from the University of Adelaide in Australia with concurrent degrees obtaining both a Bachelor of commerce and a Bachelor of Law in 1995.
With such a strong finance and legal background Tze has been a highly sought after consultant and heavily involved in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industries in Asia over the last 15 years. He was Managing Director of Investment for Banyan Ventures Sdn Bhd, and headed the Legal and Strategy until 2003.
In late 2003 he joined the Malaysian Governments VC arm, Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad as a senior manager, before being promoted to Vice President (Investments) and a Voting Member of the Investment Committee.
Since that time Tze Kai has had the opportunity to undertake due dilligence on a large number of tech focused firms
